The Greenfield Lake Boathouse provides visitors with the opportunity to enjoy Greenfield Lake from a unique vantage point. Nestled in the heart of Wilmington, the lake is rich in history and full of wonderful views. Come enjoy the lake on one of our kayaks, canoes, or paddleboats! See Spanish moss draped over 100-year-old cypress trees where dozens of bird species congregate seasonally and year-round. Greenfield Lake is also an opportune place to see the American alligator in its natural habitat. NO feeding! A variety of fish species can be seen or caught. Our dedicated staff of volunteers and interns keep a fleet of boats ready for your use!
