			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Come join Harmonic Blue at Orton&#8217;s Underground for their live debut in Wilmington, NC. We are teaming up with sustainable apparel line, HRB Movement to raise money and awareness for the BIG Cape Fear River Clean Up!</p>
<p>On Friday May 31st, Harmonic Blue will be ripping through two sets of original tunes from 11 &#8211; 1, drawing influence from the times when Orton&#8217;s was hosting it&#8217;s first pool loving patrons many years ago.  Gentle Men will open the night with a wonderful set of improvisational exploration.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Periodic cicadas emerge only once every 13 or 17 years, depending on the species. One group of 13-year cicadas and two 17-year broods are found in North Carolina.<br />
As NC gears up for the periodic cicadas, here is a delicious recipe for you to utilize during the brooding!</p>
<p><strong>Basic Cooked Insects</strong><br />
1 cup cleaned cicadas<br />
2 cups water<br />
1 teaspoon salt &amp; 2 dashes of pepper<br />
1 tablespoon butter<br />
1/2 teaspoon sage<br />
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions<br />
Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!</p>
